How can suspected misconduct be reported to LARI?
To report a case anonymously (including sending evidence), use the private messaging app, SIGNAL. In the privacy settings of the app set up, select “Allow from Anyone” and “Display Indicators” to activate the sealed sender service. (Use a pseudonym instead of your real name and link your account to a temporary number/burned number/Google Voice to receive the app registration SMS instead of your routine phone number.)

*LARI is fully open for business during the COVID-19 pandemic but we are working remotely due to the pandemic, as well as the fact that our office currently sits 15metres adjacent to a large construction site with extreme noise, vibration, and dust disruptions. Please contact us via phone, email, or Signal app. No postal mail please.
Email contact: [as of 16 November 2020, Asael Rouby is interim Secretary General of LARI] – firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can easily reach LARI by several direct trains from Luxembourg Gare Centrale. These trains generally leave every 20 to 30 min. Exit the train at the Belval University stop and then walk one block to LARI.
Bus 15 stops directly in front of LARI. Bus 7 and Bus 3 are also useful, with stops close by. A helpful app to plan your journey is at this link.
The nearest parking facility is directly adjacent to LARI (accessed from Ave Du Rock ‘n’ Roll, end of street) or by the Maison du Savoir, which offers parking outside Maison du Savoir and underneath the building.
Please note, LARI generally does not validate or refund parking expenses.
